I’ve reserved my order. What do I do when I arrive at my Daily Deals location?
At any point in your shopping trip, simply let any Daily Deals employee know that you are ready to pick up your reserved item(s), and they will happily bring them to you.
Can I reserve more item(s) than the one above?
Only the product noted above can be reserved at this time.
How do I change an order I already submitted?
Once you’ve reserved your item(s), changes can no longer be made. However, you are welcome to place another reservation with the preferred information.
I’ve reserved my order. How long do I have to wait to pick it up?
We’ll have your item(s) ready one (1) hour after you submit your reservation.
Can I pay for my item(s) when I reserve them?
Currently, pick up and payments can only be processed in-store.
What if I’m unable to pick up my reserved item(s) the day I reserved it?
If not picked up same day, the item(s) will be restocked in the store. You are welcome to reserve item(s) again on a day that works better for you.
Do I have to wait in line once I have my item(s)?
Yes, a Daily Deals cashier will be happy to check you out.
Can I reserve today, but pick up on another day?
Not at this time. Your reserved item(s) will be available on the day you complete the form (unless placed after 7:00 pm) until close of business.
When is the latest I can reserve item(s) and still pick them up?
You can reserve your item(s) up to one (1) hour prior to close for same-day pick up. Any orders placed after 7:00 pm will be available to pick up the next business day until close.
